Art samples: Fruit baskets from 4th Class

The boys in 4th class used clay to construct objects for a fruit basket, they created a number of fruits and when the clay had dried they painted them,

Some of the boys from 5th class have used unwanted and recyclable materials from their homes to design and create their own robots. As you can see they have designed and created some excellent pieces of work.

Cake Sale in Scoil Mhuire Marino

Last Friday Scoil Mhuire Marino held a cake sale as a fundraising venture. It was a great success and a very enjoyable day for the children.

The staff of Scoil Mhuire Marino would like to thank the parents council, parents involved on the day and the all who baked or contributed in any way.

Entomologist visits Scoil Mhuire Marino

Last Thursday the 18th of November an entomologist visited Scoil Mhuire to show all children images of insects and other sources of media, it was a very enjoyable experience for all children.
